Rusthall Lodge Care Home is a well established and welcoming residential care home in Tunbridge Wells. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents in a supportive and homely environment.

We are currently looking for Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our compassionate care team.

Location

Tunbridge Wells, TN4 8SJ Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
Experience & Requirements

Care Home experience: 1 year (preferred) Language: English (preferred) Must have the right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Support with mobility, moving and handling Serve meals and support with hydration and nutrition Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition Keep care records up to date Maintain a clean and safe environment Follow infection control and safeguarding procedures Support residents to attend in-home or off-site activities
Additional Duties

Participate in training and development Maintain resident confidentiality at all times Report incidents or concerns to the Nurse in Charge Support end-of-life care (with training and team support)
