Home Care Assistant

in the

Sandbach

area working either part time or full time.

Pay rates:

Home Care Assistant

pay rate is 12.50 an hour working midweek and 13.00 per hour working weekends.

Working times:

7 am to 3pm shifts 5pm -10pm shifts and 3pm to 10:30pm shifts

Aceso Home Care is a Cheshire-based home care company, providing personal care and help with daily living across south and east Cheshire. Areas we cover include Nantwich, Crewe, Audlem, Middlewich, Winsford, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach, and Alsager.

Our home care services are for anyone who needs help to live independently in their own home, whatever their age or condition.

Our recruitment process starts with background checks and an in-depth interview. There's then a 12-week training and probationary period before we decide whether to make a permanent job offer.Carers are supported by our experienced management team, who provide ongoing training and support.

The team includes a Registered Care Manager who is closely involved with front line staff and clients. You're welcome to call us at any time, or pop into the office for a chat.

Key responsibilities:

We offer person centred care packages tailored to suit each individual taking into account what their preferences and needs are, such as:

Cleaning calls. Shopping calls. Catheter care Hoisting PEG feeding Turners/Molifts and Medication Administration

You're a positive person who sees optimism in every situation. Loyalty Thoughtful Honest Caring Compassionate Polite Smartly turned out Excellent communication skills Flexible Knowledgeable Eager to learn You show a professional manner at all times. Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients. Your own car is needed for this role. We do not offer sponsorship. Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
