Job Description

The Role: -

working as a Care Partner caring for an age group ranging from 55-100 years old with complex needs either day or night, full or part time with a starting hourly rate of 12.50. Ideally applicants should live within 10 miles of Seaton and have rights to work in the UK.

Sponsorship maybe available to staff already Seaton based.

The Training: -

As we are a nursing home, we can offer training from the level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care through to the Degree Level Assistant Practitioner all via a work based / University training programme. Along with plenty of other mandatory and feelings-based training sessions either via the web or face to face.

You: -

A fun-loving, easy-going personality to help make our resident's day all the better by being here. No experience necessary to start this role as a full training programme is in place.

Our Daily Team:

- 1-2 nurses work on shift together supported by a strong team including the Home Manager, Administrator, Team Leaders, Senior Healthcare Assistants and Healthcare Assistants, Activity, and support staff, all of whom strive to make every day special for the 28 residents that live with us.
