JOB TITLE:
Health Care PractitionerRESPONSIBLE TO:
Senior Health Care Practitioner/Nurse in ChargeSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. May be full-time permanent post, but will require the undertaking of rotational duties including weekends.
2. Will assist the qualified nursing staff in the care, supervision and rehabilitation of residents.
3. Appropriate instruction in the detailed duties will be supervised for inexperienced staff by the Care Standards Lead or through separate arrangements made by the Manager.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
1. Provide personal care (washing, dressing, pad changes, feeding etc) to all our Residents.
2. Supporting Residents to live as independent lives as possible.
3. To work in accordance with each Resident's care plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.30-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
