The Role:

We are looking for a caring and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our home care team. You will provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their wellbeing and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.

Supporting clients with medication administration (if trained).

Helping with meal preparation and feeding where required.

Supporting mobility and physical activity, always ensuring safety.

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes in client condition.

Following care plans and company policies to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a healthcare, social care, or domiciliary care setting is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

A caring, compassionate, and patient attitude.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
