Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each client's needs Monitor and record clients' health status and report any concerns to senior staff Facilitate communication between clients and healthcare professionals Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in care homes or during home visits Assist with light domestic duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Drive to various locations as required for home care visits or appointments Maintain accurate documentation using IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes

Requirements

Valid driving licence and ability to drive between locations as needed Experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow prescribed routines effectively Proficiency in basic IT skills for documentation purposes Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail Willingness to undertake relevant training programmes to enhance skills and knowledge

Pay: 12.21-15.91 per hour
