The Role

We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Care Assistant. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities, ensuring they are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Assisting with mobility and safe moving/handling Serving meals and supporting residents during mealtimes Providing emotional support and companionship Maintaining accurate care records Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote resident wellbeing
