Join our expanding Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic as a Clinical Assistant, supporting our doctor with daily clinic duties including injectable treatments, weight management programmes, and IV drips. About the Role:

We are looking for a Dr assistant in a fast-paced aesthetic and wellness setting. Your role will be key in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey by helping prepare for and assist with procedures, taking photos, consenting patients and completing meticulous notes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Doctor during injectable treatments. (e.g. Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters)

Support the running of our weight management clinic, including, calculating, measuring, height, weight and BMI.

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical areas meet hygiene and safety standards, including evening clean down of room, emptying bins, ensuring that waste is disposed of correctly at the end of clinic, fridges are locked and medication stored away safely.

Manage basic patient care duties, including taking vitals and updating records

Support with IV therapy treatments (preferred but not essential - training can be provided)

Provide a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for patients.

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of care.

What We're Looking For:

Clinical or aesthetic experience preferred.

Experience or interest in IV therapy. (advantageous)

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for patient care.
