About the Role:

As a Health Care Assistant, you'll play an essential role in providing personalized, compassionate care to our residents, ensuring they feel valued, comfortable, and respected. Whether you're helping with daily personal care, providing emotional support, or simply offering a friendly smile, your efforts will make a real difference in the lives of those we care for.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.) with respect and dignity. Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Assist with meal times, ensuring nutrition and hydration needs are met. Encourage and assist with mobility and daily activities to promote physical and mental well-being. Build meaningful, trusting relationships with residents and their families. Work collaboratively with a supportive, caring team.

What We're Looking For:

A kind, caring, and patient nature - you'll be a positive influence on the residents' day-to-day life. Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality care and making a real impact. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential - a compassionate attitude and willingness to learn are key. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Flexibility and the ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: 12.21-12.91 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
