Duties:

Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility. Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies. Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment. Temporary workers are acceptable Minimum experience of 6 months Must have a valid Level 2 care certificate
Experience:

Previous experience

in care, nursing homes, or home care

is a must.

Knowledge

of

First Aid

procedures. The ability to provide

patient-centred care

with

empathy

and

respect.

Able to manage individuals with dementia and challenging behaviour.

Strong communication skills

to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
