Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Carer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting residents within care environments, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

The role involves providing assistance with daily activities, supporting care plans, and maintaining effective communication with our residents.

Duties

Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in condition Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and their families to ensure holistic care delivery Adhere to health and safety policies, including infection control procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience working within a care home setting is desirable Good understanding of care plans and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation Excellent communication skills to build rapport with service users and team members Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others' well-being
