Health Care Assistant

Cedars Care Group is a family run company with nearly 20 years of experience in Nursing, Dementia and Elderly care and has 4 boutique homes across the UK.
We are looking for Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly residential Dementia care home in Southport. At the last CQC inspection our Cedar Grange Home was given an "Outstanding" in the "responsive" category and a "Good" overall rating. Requirements:

12-hour shift patterns, to include a share of some weekends so you will need to be flexible.
To do this job, a passion for care is a must. You do not need to have previous experience as a professional carer. We particularly welcome applications from people who have experience of caring for family members.

Responsibilities:

You will promote and provide skilled care for the elderly and be responsible for planning and recording the immediate and long-term needs of the Service Users.
To adhere to all statutory requirements and good practices as laid down by all authorities involved.
To observe and operate in accordance with the CQC Essential standards of quality and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
