Overview

We are seeking dedicated

health care assistants

to join our team in providing essential care services to individuals in a home care setting, ensuring their well being in the comfort of their home.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and feeding Support clients in following care plans and treatment regimes Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being Maintain accurate records of care provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Skills

Ability to drive or travel independently to different care locations Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively Familiarity with care plans and procedures within a the home environment Proficiency in English for clear documentation and communication Basic IT skills for recording information accurately Experience in home care or similar settings would be advantageous
