Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide care in client's own home . Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans meticulously.

Responsibilities



Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals in daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management. Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals and monitor patient progress. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Ensure a clean and safe living space for clients by adhering to hygiene protocols. Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive care.

Skills



Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is essential. Experience in domiciliary care settings is preferred Basic IT skills for maintaining client records and communicating with the healthcare team. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Driver's license and access to vehicle is essential.
