Responsibilities

Assist in providing personal care and support to residents in a care home setting. Help with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Maintain accurate care plans and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with residents and their families to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Drive to various locations if required for home care services. Uphold health and safety standards while performing duties.

Qualifications

NVQ qualification preferred but not required Strong communication skills in English Basic IT proficiency Ability to follow care plans No prior experience needed; training will be provided Driving license

Shift Pattern needed.

For this role we require this Rota to be worked -

Monday - 15:30 - 22:00

Wednesday - 6.30 - 14:00

Friday - 15 : 30 - 22:00

Week 2

Monday - 15:30 - 22:00

Wednesday - 6.30 - 14:00

Friday - 15 : 30 - 22:00

Saturday - 6.30 - 14:00

Sunday - 6:30 - 14:00
