We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties

Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Supporting clients with daily activities including meal preparation and medication reminders Maintaining accurate care plans tailored to individual needs Providing emotional support and companionship to clients Assisting with light domestic tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to senior staff Driving between different care settings or client homes as required Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving travel between locations Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately and effectively with diverse individuals Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A caring attitude with a genuine interest in supporting others' wellbeing
