We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties



Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each person's needs Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and their families regarding care needs and progress Assist with light domestic tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment Support clients in attending appointments or engaging in social activities outside the home if required Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience



Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Driving licence is advantageous for roles involving client transportation or home visits Familiarity with care plans and documentation processes is beneficial Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication Basic IT skills are required for maintaining electronic records and updating care documentation Excellent communication skills are necessary to build trust and rapport with clients and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 70 per week
