We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in various NHS Trusts across England. This role is essential in supporting healthcare professionals and delivering high-quality patient care, contributing significantly to our mission of improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care needs Support nursing staff in delivering patient-centered care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help implement care plans under the supervision of qualified staff Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients Participate in training and development opportunities Uphold the values and standards of NHS Professionals.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role is preferred Understanding of care plans and patient needs Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes A compassionate approach to patient care Flexibility to work varied shifts across different locations.

Pay: 13.13-22.19 per hour
