The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Care Assistant

to join our team. You'll work under the guidance of our nursing staff, supporting residents with their daily needs and helping them live comfortably and with dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting Supporting with mobility and encouraging independence wherever possible Helping at mealtimes and ensuring residents are well-nourished and hydrated Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any changes to senior staff or nurses Promoting a safe, clean, and homely environment Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

About You

We're looking for someone caring, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Experience is welcome, but it's your attitude and compassion that matter most -- full training will be provided.

Essential:

Kind, respectful, and empathetic nature Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and flexible approach to work Willingness to undertake training and development

Desirable:

Previous experience in a care or nursing home setting NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards this)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,862.00-31,554.19 per year

Expected hours: 11 - 44 per week
