The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Care Assistant
to join our team. You'll work under the guidance of our nursing staff, supporting residents with their daily needs and helping them live comfortably and with dignity.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Supporting with mobility and encouraging independence wherever possible
Helping at mealtimes and ensuring residents are well-nourished and hydrated
Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any changes to senior staff or nurses
Promoting a safe, clean, and homely environment
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
