April Complete Care Solutions is a small business in Pencoed. Our goal is to deliver high-quality and reliable healthcare and domiciliary services, which fulfil our clients staffing needs.
We are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants who can drive & are willing to work in the
Bridgend area (Pencoed, Bridgend Town, Porthcawl, Sarn)
. You will be supporting individuals to remain independent whilst living in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration. Due to the requirements of the role you must be 18+ drive and have access to a vehicle. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook. Reliability is vitally important for this role.
In this role you will:
Engage in all daily activities.
Light housework duties
Support to prepare diet and fluids
Assisting with personal care
Administering medication
Supporting clients to maintain their independence.

Enrolment to complete QCF in Health and Social Care Wales.
