Responsibilities:

As a Health Care Assistant at High Pastures Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents during . Your responsibilities will include:

Providing compassionate and respectful personal care to residents, attending to their individual needs with sensitivity and empathy. Monitoring and assisting residents throughout the day/night, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their safety and comfort. Collaborating effectively with the nursing and support staff to ensure seamless communication and the delivery of holistic care. Documenting observations and relevant information accurately, maintaining detailed records for the nursing team's reference. Responding to residents' calls and requests promptly and professionally, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness. Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and organized environment within residents' living spaces. Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and ensuring the overall tidiness of common areas.
