Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team at Marian House . In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Help implement and monitor care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' well-being. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall quality of care provided at the home. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions.

Requirements

Experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life.

Pay: From 12.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 39.75 per week
