Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in the GB region. Based in the local area, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and support to patients and residents. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care and support to patients and residents in care settings. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Follow care plans accurately to meet individual needs. Prior Experience in PEG Feeding Essential Clinical Skills Essential Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all service users. Support team members in delivering holistic care tailored to each individual. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience or interest in healthcare or caring roles. Excellent communication skills in English. Valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate attitude with a strong commitment to patient well-being. Basic IT skills for documentation purposes. Knowledge of care home procedures is advantageous but not essential.
