The Role

As a

Health Care Assistant

, you will play a key part in supporting individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Following individualised care and support plans Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and medication Supporting with meals, appointments, and household tasks Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals

Paid Induction Schedule

All new starters must attend a

four-day paid induction

at our North Tyneside office:

Tuesday - Welcome to Unisus & Company Induction 09:30 - 12:30 Wednesday - Medication Theory and PEG Training 09:30 - 14:30 Thursday - Basic Life Support (Theory & Practical) and Catheter Care 09:30 - 14:30 Friday - Moving and Assisting of People (Theory & Practical) 09:30 - 14:30
You will also complete online learning modules independently as part of your induction.
