We are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team the work we have available is based in the Bridgend Pencoed and Sarn areas. April can offer you regular Saturday and Sunday day shifts. You will be supporting individuals to remain independent whilst living in their own home. Promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook. You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle due to the nature of the role.

In this role you will:

Engage in all daily activities. Light housework duties Support to prepare diet and fluids Assisting with personal care Administering medication Supporting clients to maintain their independence.

Enrolment to complete QCF in Health and Social Care

The company requires the candidate to have UK experience. Update training and mentoring will be provided. We will support you to register with Social Care Wales and to complete your QCF level 2 in health and social care if not already done so.
