Care Assistants

to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents with their daily routines and helping them live as comfortably and independently as possible. You'll work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding personal care, companionship and emotional support.

Main Responsibilities:

Support residents with personal care, mobility and mealtime assistance Promote independence, dignity and choice in all aspects of care Build warm and trusting relationships with residents and their families Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with colleagues Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home environment

About You:

Experience in a care or support role preferred (training provided for the right person) Kind, patient and reliable with a caring nature Good communication and teamwork skills Passionate about making a difference in others' lives
