Job Description

Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The role involves providing essential care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings, including home care and care homes. Duties - Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting - Support patients with mobility and transfers - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Implement care plans under the supervision of senior staff - Utilize IT systems to maintain accurate patient records - Drive to different locations for home visits or patient transfers Skills - Experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Strong communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively - Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately - Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes - Valid driving license for transportation requirements If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others, we welcome your application for the Healthcare Assistant position.
