Your Role Will Include:

Safely using Manual Handling equipment Providing personal care to both male and female residents Assisting with food and drink preparation, and helping residents with feeding Completing all necessary shift documentation Supporting residents around the home and gardens Offering emotional support and companionship Performing general housekeeping tasks Promoting independence wherever possible Taking on additional duties as required

Who You'll Be Caring For:

You will be supporting vulnerable adults living with conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Mental Health Conditions, Challenging Behaviours, Epilepsy, and more. Our residents also include individuals with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, including mobility challenges, speech/sight impairments, Autism, and Down's Syndrome, as well as those requiring end-of-life and cancer care.

What We Ask From You:

Valid Right to Work in the UK 6 months Recent UK care experience A UK driving license and access to a vehicle A proactive, passionate, and positive attitude

Important Information:

We cannot register candidates with Student or Skilled Worker visas. Sponsorship is not available.
