Healthcare Assistant

to join our friendly and professional team in

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes Assist with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and medication Promote independence and dignity at all times Accurately maintain care records and communicate effectively with the care team Drive between client homes as part of your weekend responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Must be able to work weekend shifts only. Resides in Wolverhampton or not more than 10 to 15 miles away. Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents and their families. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with the healthcare team. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise junior staff members effectively. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for elderly individuals in a care home setting. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care Must be able to drive, hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Right to work in the UK.
