Job Opportunity: Domiciliary Carer.

Locations: Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton upon Trent, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Telford, Stourbridge

Salary: 12.25-14.00 per hour (dependent on experience and shift type)

Contract Type: Zero-hour (flexible scheduling)

Driving: Preferred - mileage allowance provided

Role Overview

As a Lifetouch Carer, you'll provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. You'll work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure safe, responsive, and respectful care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care, medication support, and companionship

Assist with mobility, nutrition, and daily living tasks

Maintain accurate digital care records and escalate concerns appropriately

Uphold safeguarding, infection control, and professional boundaries

Participate in ongoing training and supervision

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion for care and community service

Good communication and reliability

Driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts

Previous care experience or willingness to train
