About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for full-time professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and have the flexibility to travel between care settings.

You will play a key role in supporting patients and residents in a variety of healthcare environments, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and independence are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support to service users. Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and companionship. Monitor, record, and report any changes in a patient's condition. Support nursing and care teams to deliver high standards of care. Maintain accurate and confidential care documentation. Drive to different care locations when required (driver essential).

Requirements

Minimum 6 months UK-based healthcare experience (essential). Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential). Right to work in the UK (essential). Valid DBS and mandatory training (preferred). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Genuine passion for caring for others and providing exceptional service.
