Summary

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Hart Care, located in the heart of the community. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by providing essential support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Communicate effectively with team members and families regarding resident needs Document care provided accurately and timely Participate in training and development programs as required Support recreational activities that promote resident engagement

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Knowledge of care plans and home care practices Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory Proficiency in English is required Basic IT skills are beneficial but not essential Compassionate nature with a commitment to resident welfare Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
