About the home:


The Nursing Home is a beautiful Grade II-listed Georgian country house containing 70 single en-suite rooms, set in five acres of parkland situated on the fringe of the Cotswolds with close access for enjoyment of the outstanding natural beauty of the Cotswolds. It is ideally located, just minutes off the M5 at Junction 13.


The home is divided into four separate units; St George's, Adelaide, Victoria, and Hardwicke. All units provide a mix between nursing and dementia accommodation.


Responsabilities include:


Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting Residents when required with all aspects of daily living Assist Residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual Provide supervision and attention when needed, ensuring Residents retain their comfort and dignity Observe care planning needs for Residents and completed daily records as instructed Assist in framework of social activities by interacting with Residents and helping them continue with hobbies and activities in the Care Centre Answer Nurse Call system, giving assistance as required Answer the door and telephone appropriately Respond accordingly, and pass on messages promptly Report on well-being of Residents Clean and maintain equipment used by Residents and Relatives e.g. wheelchairs, hearing aids, spectacles etc

Qualifications
