We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, maintaining care plans, and fostering a positive environment for all residents.
Responsibilities
Assist Patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support Patients in daily activities including meal preparation and feeding..
Communicate effectively with Patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Document any changes in patients' conditions and report them to the nursing staff.
Drive to various locations if required appointments.
Engage patients in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a Healthcare & care setting is preferred but not essential.
A good command of English is required for effective communication with residents and team members.
Basic IT skills are necessary for documenting care plans and communicating via electronic systems.
Strong communication skills are essential to build rapport with residents and their families.

Pay: 12.21-23.09 per hour
