Job Description

Michael Rgis'Care looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to provide person centred care to clients within local Residential, Nursing homes and Client's home in Colchester and across Essex areas or region

You would be playing a vital role in providing exceptional support and care for clients, your daily tasks as a Healthcare Assistant(HCA) and Support Workers (SW) will involve assisting service users with personal care, daily routines or activities, medications and leading a more fulfilled life.

Minimum requirements to work with Michael Rgis'Care as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and Support Workers (SW).

Are as follows:

You must have the right to work within the UK

You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively

Most be compassionate, very accommodating and personable nature with the ability to work with Clients or Service Users, tact and understanding.
