We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required. Drive residents to appointments or activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the care environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using electronic health systems. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting residents when necessary.
