Care Assistant - (Female)

Location: GU6 7PX
Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Days
Pay:

12.85 per hour (weekdays) / 15.35 per hour (weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Care Assistant

to join our nursing home team. This role is ideal for someone with prior care experience who is committed to providing high-quality support to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans. Assist with daily living activities, promoting dignity and independence. Work closely with nurses and senior staff to ensure the best standards of care. Maintain accurate records and follow all policies and procedures. Create a safe, supportive, and caring environment.
Requirements

Previous

nursing home experience

(essential).

NVQ Level 1 in Health & Social Care

(or equivalent). Must be

female

(genuine occupational requirement, in line with residents' care needs). Compassionate, reliable, and a good team player.
