We are a growing domiciliary care company dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care to individuals in need. Our goal is to support people to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.

We are currently recruiting reliable, caring, and dedicated Health Care Assistants / Care Workers to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering personal care and support to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Supporting with mobility and transfers (hoists, walking aids, etc.) Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where necessary Administering or prompting medication Providing companionship and emotional support Light domestic duties (cleaning, laundry, shopping) Keeping accurate records and reporting concerns to the care manager

Requirements:

Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Right to work in the UK [Desirable] Previous care experience [Desirable] Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
