Overview

Aluma Care Ltd is a care staffing agency based in Liverpool, providing

non-regulated support staff

to care homes, supported living settings, and private clients across Merseyside.

We are currently recruiting:

Support Workers

Healthcare Assistants

Companion / Escort Support Staff

This is

not a domiciliary or personal care role

. We do not provide regulated or CQC-covered care services.

Responsibilities

Providing emotional and social support to service users Assisting with daily routines, safety, and wellbeing (no personal care) Escorting clients to appointments, activities, or errands (non-medical support) Supporting mobility and prompting hydration or meals (no feeding or medication) Maintaining safe, tidy environments and professional boundaries Observing and reporting changes in service users' condition or mood Collaborating with care home or supported living staff during shifts Completing shift records accurately Following shift instructions and safeguarding protocols Attending mandatory and refresher training sessions

Requirements

Right to work in the UK ( Required) Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Two professional references Valid CPD training (e.g. Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, First Aid) Proficient spoken and written English Empathy, reliability, and professional conduct A valid driving licence is

preferred

but not required Experience preferred but not essential - full support provided

Pay: 12.25-14.35 per hour
