The Role
We're looking for caring and enthusiastic
Healthcare Assistants
to join our friendly team. You'll play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living, promoting dignity and independence at all times.Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to residents according to individual care plans Assist with mobility, meals and daily activities Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans Support the team in creating a warm, safe and homely environment
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Kind, patient and compassionate Reliable, with a genuine passion for caring for others A good communicator and team player Able to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a care setting is preferred, but
full training will be provided
SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable (or willingness to work towards it) Must be eligible to work in the UKWhat We Offer

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.60 per hour
