Job Overview

We are expanding into Norfolk and seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support adults eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) in their homes.

As part of our agency, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, including dementia, mental health, end-of-life, and physical disabilities. Care is delivered within the service user's home with full support from our clinical and management team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal and complex care in line with NHS CHC guidelines Monitor patient wellbeing, report concerns, and maintain care records Assist with medication, nutrition, mobility, and hygiene Support individuals with end-of-life or dementia care Promote independence, dignity, and holistic wellbeing Follow care plans and NHS safeguarding protocols

Experience

Minimum 6 months experience in care (domiciliary, live-in, or residential) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred & not a must Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Proof of right to work in the UK Reliable, compassionate, and proactive Flexibility to travel within Norfolk & Waveney Willing to undergo mandatory and specialist training A caring attitude towards patients and a commitment to delivering high-quality care is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
