NG8 - Supporting a male client who has a spinal injury & Autonomic Dysreflexia. He has sleep apnea and and requires CPAP Overnight. This client requires full management and assistance with all medications, eating and drinking and all aspects of daily living. He is a wheelchair user, so manual handling is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing emotional support and companionship.
Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.
A minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
