Responsibilities



Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication management Support individuals in developing and following personalised care plans Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with domestic tasks including light cleaning and meal preparation Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client needs Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required Ensure a safe and clean environment for all service users Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Skills



Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely and confidently Experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans Good command of English, both written and spoken Proficiency in basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen empathetically and convey information clearly Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others in their daily lives
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.30 per hour
