Position: Care Assistant


(Must hold a valid driving license & Access to a reliable car)



Location: Epping



Responsibilities:



Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support clients with mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning as needed. Administer medication and assist with medication reminders under the direction of healthcare professionals. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and mental stimulation. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and client satisfaction.

Requirements:



Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compassionate and empathetic nature.
