We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties

Assist with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring Help with meal preparation and feeding as required Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with organisational policies Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members Support clients in activities of daily living to promote independence Assist with light domestic duties to ensure a clean and safe environment Drive clients to appointments or outings when necessary, ensuring safe transportation Contribute to the development and review of individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals

Requirements

Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation duties Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation Excellent communication skills, empathetic nature, and the ability to build rapport with clients Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends as required A caring attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals in their daily lives
