. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those requiring assistance.Duties
- Providing personal care to individuals in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private residences
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Administering medication as prescribed
- Offering patient care and support with daily activities
- Specialising in senior care, childcare, hospice care, or dementia care as required
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for those under your care
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals and their families
- Certification in relevant healthcare courses is advantageous
