We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Support the implementation and review of individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity
Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to organisational policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as required
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff
Assist with light domestic tasks within the client's home or care facility as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate client transportation or service delivery
Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation
Excellent communication skills with a caring attitude and empathy towards clients' needs
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
