Healthcare Assistants

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be working in a variety of healthcare establishments throughout

Cardiff

, with a possibility of working across South Wales. You will assist with personal care, support daily living activities, and help residents live with dignity and independence.

Main Responsibilities:

Support service users with the highest standard of personalised care at all times, utilising care plans. Support service users in all aspects of their daily living whilst enabling them to live as independently as possible. Support all types of care needs including physical, emotional and spiritual. Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of service users at all times. Respond promptly and efficiently to call bells. Support at mealtimes. Encourage and support service users to participate in activities. Monitor the health and well being of service users, reporting any changes or safeguarding concerns. Liaise with family members and outside healthcare professionals as and when needed.

We require you:

to hold a full driving licence and have access to a car to have the right to work in the UK be compassionate and caring at all times whilst remaining professional and reliable
