Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract private clients for domiciliary care services and business clients for healthcare staffing solutions.
Promote the agency's services to care homes, hospitals, supported living providers, and private households requiring care.
Build strong networks with local authorities, community groups, and healthcare professionals to generate client referrals.
Manage digital campaigns, including website content, social media, Google Ads, and email marketing, focused on client acquisition.
Create professional marketing materials (brochures, proposals, presentations) tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities within the healthcare and social care sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring high levels of trust and professionalism.
Monitor, track, and report on marketing performance, providing insights to guide future campaigns.
Carry out administrative responsibilities, including maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in
client acquisition, business development, or marketing within healthcare, recruitment, or service-based industries
