Concept Health Technologies (CHT) Limited is a dynamic and well-funded health tech start-up. CHT's aim is to deliver on-demand therapy programme 24 hours a day 7 days a week for people living with Chronic physical and mental health conditions.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Collaboration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective collaboration strategies with healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. This role requires a strong background in healthcare management and marketing, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement collaboration strategies with healthcare stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and promote best practices Identify and mitigate potential barriers to collaboration and partnership Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and medical professionals Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with healthcare organizations and stakeholders Design and implement projects to improve healthcare quality, access, and efficiency Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of collaboration strategies and projects Communicate project plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and senior management Facilitate collaboration and communication among healthcare and medical professionals in detailing medical assistance. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Proficiency in Health care IT system as power user.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in healthcare management, patient management and clinical processes both online and on premises. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies.

Qualification:

MBBS from a recognized medical institution. MBA in Healthcare Management or Marketing from a reputable business school

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

Post Qualification: 4 years (Preferred)

25% (Preferred)
